In 1991, we decided to form a company for manufacturing die-cast aluminium products as two Hungarian individuals, using some existing business partnerships as a foundation.
We began our operations in Szombathely, in the western part of Hungary. After establishing the company, we began evaluating the demand for die-cast aluminium parts by collecting customer requirements and products from the German, Dutch, Swiss and Austrian markets. Next, we began manufacturing aluminium parts to the requested designs. In addition to die casting, we also performed the grinding, polishing, sand and grit blasting, and occasionally powder coating of aluminium products to meet existing demand.
As our order volume continued to grow and diversify, a larger site was required. Thus, in 1998, we established an independent foundry in Ják, near Szombathely, on 1000 m2 of outdoor and 800 m2 indoor area. We applied our previous experiences and manufacturing ideas to the construction process, allowing us to fully meet all demands concerning aluminium die casting. After ten successful years, during which our business relationships continued to expand, we found ourselves needing to expand the capacity of the Ják site as well. As the local infrastructure limited our expansion potential, we opted for creating a new plant in the industrial area of Rádóckölked, as part of a much larger and more comprehensive investment to meet all modern needs and requirements. This new foundry remains the location of each process involved in aluminium casting to this day, as we smelt and process 200-250 tons of aluminium every year.
The location is highly favourable: it lies between Szombathely and Körmend, only 5 kilometres from highway 86, and 10 kilometres from highway 8. Here, we perform our unified production processes on the 6000 m2 outdoor and 1600 m2 indoor area comprising the foundry. In addition, the grinding, polishing and machining centre, as well as the sand and grit blasting section are also in continuous operation. Our business manufactures cast aluminium products not only for the furniture, machinery and construction industries, but also for lighting technology and interior construction.
We operate as a family business, and we do everything in our power to meet the demands of our customers with the highest-quality work possible, always done reliably and on time. All of our work processes are performed in-house, from design to production, allowing us to guarantee the accuracy and precision of our work.

IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING OF ALUMINIUM BLOCKS As well as procuring aluminium blocks from our partner suppliers, we also manufacture blocks for use as raw materials ourselves. We manufacture these from recycled materials, in a number of different alloys. |

CASTING Our company uses die casting to produce the finished pieces for our customers. During the casting process, we always adjust the composition of the material to best fit our customers' demands, the planned design, and the intended use of the product. |

INLET AND RISER REMOVAL, CUTTING TO SIZE For die casting, it is vital to use reservoirs called risers. Risers “feed” the finished product while ensuring that it retains sufficient density. |

DEBURRING, GRINDING AND DRILLING During the casting process, burrs are formed, which must be removed. We always spray the casting tools with moulding glaze, ensuring an even surface and thereby minimizing the amount of coarse grinding. |

GRIT AND SAND BLASTING In recent years, there has been growing demand for sand and grit blasted surfaces. These types of surfaces can facilitate further machining such as powder coating. |

BRUSHING AND POLISHING In addition to raw, grit-blasted surfaces, our foundry also provides brushed and polished surfaces for our customers. |

CNC LATHE AND MACHINING CENTRE We established our machining centre in a separate building unit in order to enable us to set up all manufacturing processes – from individual design to production – in-house and without subcontractors. We installed NCT-controlled lathes and milling machines there. |

FINAL CLEANING Cleaning is the last but highly important stage of the production process. It involves professionally removing the auxiliary materials used in manufacturing from the completed pieces. |
We draft the 3D drawing based on the customer’s technical drawings, then prepare the casting tool once the drawing is approved. After the casting process, we deburr and polish the pieces, then insert the requested holes, threads and dies. If precision machining is required, it is done in our machining centre. As the final step, we grit blast, brush and polish the surface.
Our company also prepares blueprints based on our own ideas.
Our customers can also select from among our finished products, which are already in stock.
Our ordered and manufactured products are shipped to their destination by means of our own vehicles and through our contracted forwarding companies.
In furniture industry, there is a stong demand for quality aluminium components and products. Almost 50% of our production is comprised of manufacturing various furniture parts. Within this industry, we manufacture furniture legs, armrests, backrests and door handles, as well as customized parts for sofas, office chairs, tables and kitchen equipment. |
LAMP COMPONENTS AND LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY Our product range consists of aluminium luminaires and various lighting components, including outdoor and indoor luminaires, as well as the parts used for connecting and assembling them. |
HEAVY DUTY ALUMINIUM SHELF BRACKETS There is a growing demand for heavy duty aluminium shelf brackets. We manufacture over 300,000 of these products annually, shipping them all over Europe. |
DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF TOOLS AND DIE CASTING MOULDS During the production process, we perform the design and manufacture of various tools and die casting moulds in our machining centre. |
INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION AND DECORATIVE ELEMENTS Aluminium can be a very effective decorative element in interior design. This area includes all the moulded components required for our daily lives and for our households. |
Through the efficient and high-quality machining of aluminium, we manufacture various scaffolding elements, fasteners and extension components for construction industry. |
PERSONALISED DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE We do everything in our power to meet the demands of our existing and future customers as perfectly as possible.
