Personalized design and manufacture

We do everything in our power to meet the demands of our existing and future customers as perfectly as possible.

The ability to manufacture individually designed parts is essential to accomplish this, be it a furniture part, a furniture leg, a luminaire, or a decorative or a construction industry product.

We create a design blueprint based on our customer's demands. We illustrate the blueprint as a 3D model, allowing our customers to see their concept take form in virtual reality. In the event our customer provides a sample instead of a technical drawing, we are nonetheless able to use it to manufacture the required aluminium casting readily.
The manufacturing process for each product – from the design stage to the finished piece – takes place entirely in-house, meaning that the first parts may be completed as early as 2-4 weeks after we receive the order.
Manufacturing for Personalised designed items we use alloys DIN 230, DIN 231 and AlMgSi 1 ,AlCuMgPb.
